Region's History:
Briar Chapel FiA, located in Chapel Hill, NC, launched January 2018, on the coldest and darkest of Saturdays. Thirty determined PAX pushed through the first workout in 8 degree weather. Their strength, determination, and bond laid the foundation for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes to be welcomed with open arms at four different peer-led Bootcamp style workouts per week. Briar Chapel FiAs encourage and push each other, laugh together, and support one another in the name of fitness. We are friends; we are neighbors; we are the Briar Chapel community. #strongertogether
