FiA Lenoir holds peer-led, bootcamp style workouts that are always free and always outdoors. We have been meeting 3 times a week since the summer of 2017, and officially became part of FiA Nation on November 4, 2017. The women of FiA Lenoir welcome all ages and fitness levels as we support and encourage one another to become better together.
