How long should it take for orders to arrive?
Most products we have in inventory will ship within one or two business days. If you pre-order an item with a custom logo, check the product page for a note about expected shipping dates. We also carry some "ondemand" products that made when ordered. If a product is printed when ordered it will say so on the product page. For these products, please allow 10-12 business days for delivery from your order date.

What does the "Wait List" for my regional shirt mean?
Regional Gear is available on a regular basis. Because each region's shirts are custom produced when ordered, we coordinate the regional shirts with the region's Merchandise Q. If you have any questions, please contact your regional Merchandise Q, often listed on the region pages, or email fianationgear@gmail.com.

How can I request a new item for FiA Gear?
Please email fianationgear@gmail.com to submit requests for new FiA Gear items.
Can I make my own FiA shirts?
No - The FiA logo is a licensed trademark. All uses of the FiA logo must be approved by FiA Marketing. FiA Gear sales are one of the primary means by which FiA supports expansion and pays the costs of managing the FiA website and other programs. For this reason, The FiA Gear store has been designated as the only officially licensed provider of gear with the FiA logo. This ensures sales tax is collected as required and enables FiA to receive license royalties that help support FiA Nation expansion.
Can I use my own local screen printer?
No - MudGear is solely responsibly for the selection of third party providers for items in the FiA Gear Store. The fastest and easiest path to custom shirts is to use our existing providers, but we will evaluate new screen printers if there is good reason to do so. It will take some additional time to establish the relationship and terms and shirt options with that provider. Policies and prices must be negotiated to include royalties to FiA for logo use, fees for payment processing, and other handling of sales tax.
