Region's History:
FiA Fort Mill launched on June 15, 2013. We currently have 1 track workout, 5 boot-camps and multiple running groups each week. Our ladies work hard to push ourselves and each other to be the best possible women spiritually and physically we can be.
Logo Description:
The symbol of FiA Fort Mill is a mill stone which represents change that is made through strength and pressure. This symbol was inspired by the mill stone statue located in downtown Fort Mill which represents the hard work our community was founded on.
