Launched in the heart of Charlotte on January 13, 2013, FiA Metro offers free, peer-led bootcamp and running workouts every day of the week through the Charlotte Metro area. Women of all ages, backgrounds and ability-levels "post" at workouts with fitness as a common goal. During these workouts, they forge friendships, build inner-strength and pursue leadership opportunities. The greater mission of FiA is that as a community of women, we make each other stronger in all areas of life, with no FiA left behind.

After hearing PAX's desire for a new Metro design, StepIn Time enlisted her graphic designer husband's assistance. The new design reflects our love for our state and the city's skyline.
